This movie is about the emotional status of a mother who has recently found that her son is a Naxalite and is dead now. The movie also remarks the comeback of Jaya Bacchan in film industry as an actress after 2 decades. The movie tells the story of a boy who believes that power throws to the barrel of the gun and is supporting the movement that wants to overthrow the government. After he dies, he is given the corpse no. 1084 which signifies the title of the movie (the mother of 1084). The movie is very informative for those who don’t know anything about the Naxalite movement.
