This movie is about the the worsening condition of Bihar where nobody is given a fair chance of showing talent and all that prevails is the corruption and crime. It also depicts the level of poltics and the turmoil that govern the fate of bihar. The work of Ajay Devgan and Nana Patekar is superb and the direction of Prakash Jha is brilliant.
